Before Cà Phê
became a place,
it was amemory.
A journey of four friends, a love for Vietnamese coffee, and a dream to bring a piece of Vietnam closer to everyone.
The Memory Before The Dream
Coffee has always been part of our lives.
Growing up in a working-class family, our mornings were often simple: a warm bánh mì, a cup of Vietnamese coffee, and the beginning of another day.
In Vietnam, coffee is more than a drink. It exists in small street corners, old cafés, conversations between friends, and quiet mornings when the city slowly wakes up.
For us, coffee represents something deeper. It represents home.

A Dream Across Borders
Cà Phê started from a simple love for coffee.
But slowly, that love became something bigger. We wanted to bring Vietnamese culture beyond its borders.
We wanted to create a place where Vietnamese people could find a small piece of home, even thousands of miles away.
Because sometimes, home is not a place. Sometimes, home is a feeling.
Four Friends, One Impossible Idea
Building Cà Phê started with four friends and a dream.
At the beginning, none of us were experts. We did not know how to operate a café, create recipes, or manage all the details behind a business.
We learned everything from zero: coffee preparation, supplier research, paperwork, designing the menu, and building the space ourselves.
There were countless nights where we stayed awake until 4 AM, working on details that most people would never notice.
There were moments when we questioned ourselves. But whenever we remembered why we started, we found the strength to continue.

Building Cà Phê
The name was simple. Cà Phê.
The Vietnamese pronunciation of coffee. A word that carries Vietnamese identity, yet remains unique enough for everyone to remember.
We wanted every person walking into Cà Phê to feel like they were stepping back into Hanoi in the early 2000s.
A slower time. A warmer time. A moment where people could sit down, talk, and enjoy life.
Our menu follows the same philosophy. Traditional Vietnamese Robusta coffee and classic brewing methods combined with modern creations inspired by today's world.

The First Cup
Our first opening day was supposed to be only a testing day.
But we were surprised. People came. People supported us.
Many customers told us something we will never forget: this coffee reminds me of Vietnam.
After a year of planning, uncertainty, and hard work, we finally saw our dream becoming real.

Our belief
"Cà Phê is not just a place where we serve coffee.
It is a place where memories return."
Chapter 05
The journey
continues.
Today, Cà Phê is still growing. Our dream is to create a Vietnamese cultural space where people can experience the flavours, traditions, and stories behind every cup. No matter how far we go, we will always carry the same spirit that started everything. A small piece of Vietnam, shared with the world.
